Finished the week strong
Sunday: W4D3 for the 10K.
2.00 miles in 24:35.
Then I did 15 minutes of arms and core strength training. -
They just keep growing up!
Jacob is 4 (!!!) today!
He's so smart, fun, sensitive, loving, sporty, everything. He has grown so much in every area.
