Nothing for 83 weeks? Go me!
Well, here I am again for a change, then you all should be good for another year and a half.
Or perhaps not, depending on how forgiving mother nature is I might be bringing you regular updates for about a month or two.
Why you may ask? Well, near my school (am a journalism student now, hoo yeah!) I looked over the edge of the car park and down into the river one day, and 'lo and behold, what did I see?

A genuine Moorhen nest! I noticed it about two weeks ago when mother hen was still sitting on a pile of eggs.
Though that's obviously changed , these pictures were taken on tuesday, and I took some more on thursday which I've yet to properly upload.
And well, the biologist in me wants to document the growth of these fellows, and since this is infinitely more interesting than my own life, I thought I'd share it with you guys. =D So cross your fingers and hope that no mean cat will snatch them away or somesuch.
