Dear People at Cheez-It,
My name is Julia, I am 15 years old. I am writing you
this letter to tell you that every morning I buy a bag
of your Cheez-It’s (the original kind) at the school
store. They are my favorite snack. The cheese-y
flavor is irresistible, sometimes I eat too much and
then I can not button my pants.
You do have to be careful of the partially
hydrogenated soybean oil, Trans fats are not a
favorite with the FDA. They want to cut them out of
all foods because they are so bad for you. I was
thinking to myself one afternoon, what would
Cheez-It’s be like without the partially hydrogenated
soybean oil!? And I have decided that they would not
be as cheese-y and delightful to consume. But all in
all I must compliment you on your excellent ability to
produce this exquisite snack.
