[ CHARACTER INFORMATION ]
Name: Antonio Fernandez Carriedo / (The Kingdom of) Spain
Age: Country-wise, OLD. Human-wise, 25.
Gender: Male
Fandom: Axis Powers Hetalia
Timeline: Present day
History:
Hetalia wikia,
the actual history of.
Character Personality:
Short version. More often than not, Spain is a carefree, cheerful nation. He's friendly with, and can get along with, most everyone. Granted, he comes off as a little oblivious, insensitive, and spacey, but he obviously means well. He's relaxed, and enjoys relaxing, especially if it's with good food and good friends. Optimistic and loyal to a point, he's the type of person you can count on. If he can lend a hand somehow, he'll certainly try.
He's also passionate about what he does, when he does it. There's hardly a time where he half-asses anything, and he's always proud of the end result. Spain is a country of passion and romance, after all!
Except all of that passion can't always be a positive thing.
Though he rarely displays it nowadays, there was a time where Spain dominated most of the world. But he didn't get that way through smiles and laughter-he got there by force. Rare, these days, yes, but not necessarily nonexistent. When not given the option of optimism and smiles, Spain has shown that he can be serious, determined, and potentially dangerous. He's also surprisingly smart, compared to his usual country bumpkin display.
Character Abilities:
Antonio is Spain.
Spain is a nation.
A very old nation, that dominated the world for centuries. He's been on quite a few battlefields in his lifetime, and spent a long time being on the winning side. Even if it seems like he's changed since the glory days of his empire, that experience doesn't just disappear.
DAT ASS should be considered a weapon As a country full of culture and arts and cuisine, Spain carries much of it with him. He's an excellent cook and dancer, especially. He also isn't a stranger to labor in general, especially when it involves ~tomatoes~ Also even though the mun doesn't condone it, he can fight a good bull.
Character Weaknesses:
One of Spain's main problems is that he often seems oblivious and can appear insensitive, due to an inability to 'read the atmosphere.' This is probably more like him being too carefree to actually put forth the effort, but either way, it can land him in trouble a lot.
So, he kinda comes off as an idiot more often than not, and then add on the fact he's a nice idiot. It means people can pretty much take advantage of this kindness, should he not catch on to what they're up to. He can be observant when he wants to be, but that... That doesn't happen often enough at all.
He's also unaware of his limitations as a human, and will likely wind up finding them out the hard way. It doesn't help that he's obviously thrown himself into situations for those he cares about... Sob Turkey LEAVE ROMANO ALONE.
[ WEAPON SECTION ]
Why your character should be a Weapon: Spain lives for his people, his citizens, and often times follows the orders of his "boss" so that he may fight for them. Though he himself is skilled with weapons, being a Weapon would be more fitting. He fights and protects the people and things important to him, and being relocated wouldn't change much about that. (He's also a little rusty with weapons, tbh.)
What is your character's Weapon form?:
Halberd. Specifically, one from the 16th Century. Except the tassels are red and gold (in a red-gold-red order on both sections), for his flag.
[ SOUL INFORMATION ]
Soul Description: Fuck y'all you get an extra one. Friendly, carefree, oblivious, persistent, protective, yangire pedo creeper passionate.
Soul Appearance: Vibrant and gold, and very expressive. At the top of his head and either side of the 'face,' there are spikes that represent his hair. On the back, in red, is the lion rampant from Spain's coat of arms.
Also it is vaguely tomato shaped, with the whispy tail bit being a 'stem' at the top of his head.
