So from the looks of it I'm back. The past few training days have gone well. I can do about 20 push ups without tearing up from pain which is pretty good seeing a week ago I could only do 3. I'm hoping to fight again in late april early may. Also I'm fighting at 155 now so everyone I fight will be a little ball of muscle but they will be easier to hit so I'm content with that. On another note I realized you cant really trust anyone and rely only on a few. So I made a few adjustments due to that information. Ok I'm done now
