POSITIVE THINKING

I am making this entry in order to remind myself about the positive. Today was my weekly weigh-in and monthly measurements at the gym. NEGATIVE: Weight loss this week? Practically non-existent. I was frustrated to the point of tears as I have been SO diligent in my food plan.

POSITIVE: So, measurements? 11" lost this month. Yes, that's right...ELEVEN inches. And, 3% BMI change which is akin to a 9 pound fat loss. Not much weight gone, but I have lost FAT this month. So, no more tears about the scale not moving. I have accomplished a lot and I have reason to be proud of myself!

Weight loss: 6 pounds
Inches reduced: 11
BMI change: 3%
