You can't help but love this. Finally a court ruled in favor of the law 1 to 1! Largest spamming fine in history. Not only that but in addition to the financial death penalty the guy gets the electronic death penalty, but only for three years. That's something I disagree with, but only because I'm a twisted bastard. I think he should be allowed on the Internet, and should be under house arrest. But lets mix that up a bit. There should be a keypad in his home, and once ever eight hours he should have to enter in an eight digit number on that keypad, or he has to go to pound me in the ass prison. This eight digit number should be sent to him in email. The subject line of the email in which the eight digit number is sent should change daily but read something along the lines of "Gr3@t de@1s on V1@ Gr@" and "Concerning the estate of Alfred McCalla". These emails should be sent from a different server every day, and constantly change the way the number is displayed, such as being in an image file, plain text inserted into a paragraph raving about great deals refinancing his M0rgage. But I digress. The fine is good enough, as long as the court constantly drains anything above his minimal living expenses for the next fifteen years or so to pay off what he can of the fine, I think he'll learn his lesson. Man this is great!
