Blizzard / Activision deal.
Blizzard and Activision are going to merge.
I have mixed feelings about this. Almost everything Blizzard has released in the last decade+ has been friggin awesome. Unforunately Blizzard is run by a bunch of ass hats, which actually has a friend of mine mixed up in legal litigation. As a result I no longer buy anything Blizzard. Diablo 2 was my last Blizzard game and I don't have that anymore. I don't intend to buy any of their other games either.
Activision on the other hand has a reasonable history of supporting Linux gaming and makes some damn cool games other wise.
I'm wondering if the new merged company should be off the menu, or if I should once again embrace Blizzard, especially if begin releasing Linux ports.
