He's in Tejas!, and should actually make it in at a reasonable time tomorrow.

Just a note:
If you are driving down I-45 and you come to a stop light you've gone to far. That's Galveston, end of the line. You may however want to linger in that area for a little while before turning around, great seafood, great places to catch a drink, not to mention you can unwind from the road by strolling along a beach. Consult your map, turn around, and head to my place.

I was asked earlier if there was meaning to writing Tejas, or if I failed to catch/fix a typo. For those interested here's my answer:

Tejas is the Spanish spelling of a Caddo word taysha, which means "friend" or "ally". In the 17th century the Spanish knew the westernmost Caddo peoples as "the great kingdom of Tejas" and the name lived on to become the name of the 28th state of the United States-Texas.
