hey guys!! i guess now is as good a time as ever to update bout d last 3 days (while theyre stil fresh in my mind as the THREE BEST DAYS EVER!!!... one day in particular stands out as the best... ah john... lisa u no wat i mean! and d rest of u wil 2!)
so, tuesday. harry sold me his ticket to d pixies on tuesday cuz he didnt wanna go, and i really did! so after work met sarah fitz, conor, bradley and burkey and we got pit passes n all! twas unbelievable! ive officially been in d pit for every concert ive eva bin 2! and dats alot! anyhoo, first 2 bands were alright, but kings o leon were deadly!!!!! so so so so kewl! (yey bucket!!!) and then THE PIXIES CAME ON!!!!! they were SOOOOOOOOO great!!!!! so much dancin n pushin peeps around n stuff... such a good night.... where is my mind was just fantastic.... my fave pixie song i think.... den met up wit ahern n bobby afterwards 4 a while and just went home! (after chips n stuff). my god they were fricken fantastic.... although alot older than i thought they wud b!! lead guy looked like kyle from tenacious d! but they rocked so hard....
now for wednesday!!!! (this was d good one!!!) got up early to go que. met up wit ray in town, den lisa and we went to landsdowne road. met up wit fiodhna luc meabh and conor from galway (last scissor sisters concert, was quein wit em for 8 hours den spent 4 hours waitin afterwards wit em)not dis time tho. we had to que bout 20 peeps behind em (mean security guards!!) anyhoo, we chatted to peeps in d que n stuff. (saw 3 guys walk past and said 'oh that ones really hot!!!' and he walked past again later and ray said 'oh, he is pretty hott!'. the guy was hott... ) den sarah (chazy) finally met up wit us and wen d doors opened we all got pit passes n stuff and went to d pit. ray and galway peeps got all d way to d front while me sarah and lisa wer a bit behind. and who was sittin on d ground right behind us? the HOTT GUY!!!! and his 2 friends! naturally we sat down beside em and bonded! hot guy was called john (honestly dont remember d other guys names... alan was one i think... anyway they're irrelevant!!) lisa stood up to join d rest o d pit and we kinda got separated and john (hot guy) got a lil separated from his friends and stayed wit us (yey!) talked to him 4 ages and he turned out to b so totally cute and SO funny!! so jem came on (she was ok, although no one really knew who she was) and it started rainin n stuff during maroon 5 (which was actually pretty perfect for d songs dey were playin) maroon 5 wer pretty good. much better live! den FRANZ FERDINAND came on and dey were AMAZING!!!!!! unbe-fricken-lievable!!!! i was standin messin round wit john pretty much d whole time while sarah, her friend nicola (d girls who is goin out wit d perfect and gorgeous alan from navan- the biotch!!!) and (cant remember other girls name) wer just behind us. so just after franz f sarah and d other 2 decide to go get drinks n stuff (leaving me and john by ourselves to PARTAY DOWN!!) we didnt stop dancin at all during dat whole concert!!! so there was me and john (ravin away) and sweet child o mine comes on d sound system, we both go mad!! so we're dancin, and he puts his arms around me and (there is just something about that amazing song but) d next thing i no wer kissing!! i was like 'OMG!!!! im kissing this absolutely gorgeous hilarious guy at a scissor sisters concert in d rain!!! life DOESNT get better!!!!!! and then we were still kisin all through d next couple songs and den d scissor sisters came on!!!! omg they were SO amazing! first song was laura, so great! (didnt pay THAT much attention tho, was stil occupied at that time... and for d next 3 songs too.... ;) my god im stil on a lil cloud o happy!!!!) den he stood behind me, put his arms round me and we danced, sang and cheered for d scissor sisters!!! was SO fun! sarah and d other 2 girls finally found us again and WOW d scissor sisters are just AMAZING live!!! there are no words to describe the brilliant! unfortunately it ended and we departed.... brought lisa home while ray and sarah came bak home wit me dat night. we were so wrecked we just slept for bout 11 hours!! best night ever... (only regret- didnt get johns number!!!! schmeh... ah wel...)
so dis mornin/ afternoon, got up, showered and went into town wit ray and sarah cuz dey had to go home :( played pool for a few hours and brough sarah to d bus station and den ray walked me to mine. so den i got home at bout 9 and came on d internet and updated my live journal!!!!! dats pretty much my last 3 days!!!! was deadly..........
