work today was lame.
michelle & i went to see Closer this evening. we went to arundel mills cause it's cheaper and had the absolute hardest time ever finding a spot to park. we literally drove around for 25 minutes trying to get a spot. i've never ever had to try so hard for a spot. just about everyone seemed to be at arundel mills this evening. anyway, i THINK i enjoyed it quite a bit. michelle & i both walked out and said that..."i THINK i liked it." it certainly wasn't what either of us expected. we were entertained and a little shocked and amused. so...we THINK we liked it. i mean i suppose i DID like it. but i don't actually know what more to say about it. after the movie it was still early so michelle and i headed to the CAFE where we sat and discussed things from work. how mature or immature some people are. how people have changed. how i REALLY have to get a real job this summer. i can't be 20 and working in a toy store as my only job. maybe in the evening, but 9-5 i need a real job that will look good on a resume. it's a good thing i enjoy secretarial work, since that's most likely what i'll end up doing. a fun night overall. too bad farah couldn't make it.
in other news, my head/eye is ok, but hurts like hell and i've had a pretty much constant throbbing head since yesterday morning. i have also developed a fear of walking into things that could potentially cause further damage to my already severely bruised head. and with that, i think i shall sleep. a week from tomorrow i'll be back at la salle. weird or not weird?
