stupid underclass
Ok, So this qeustions must be answered. Why did UP allow underclassman into our quiet during the week complex. I can't believe this. There is always noise everynight until almost 1-2 in the morning. Im lucky if I can sleep around 11, that is on a quiet night. They are always loud, screaming, music, and of course drinking. Common you hear noise and there is drinking. Can we please get rid of them.
