The remodel is finished. My husband is putting the knobs on the cabinet doors today. It looks beautiful, and I'm very thankful.
I'm back at work. Every year we seem to have major computer problems, and this year is no different. We've started using a new special education software provider, which apparently, in the words of our technology expert at the Co-op, "uses a lot of internet juice". This sometimes results in printing a forms packet to take an hour to print. We've been given a laser printer which we have to connect to with a USB cord, and this has helped tremendously. I might survive the stress.
Our oldest daughter had a great trip to Bosnia, and has been back in the states a month, and back in Denver a couple of weeks. She's not been affected by the flooding in CO, thank goodness! However, there has been a problem with her financial aid, and she's $7000 short on the money she needs for tuition and living expenses! This has been going on for over a week, and she's extremely anxious about it.
