my car is giving me all sorts of crap. so, it needed an oil change and an inspection. so i went to get that done. well, the guy was like 'look at your tire'. so he showed me that there was this big gash in the side of it. it was still full, but needed to be changed asap. so long story short, they put on my spare (luckily toyotas have full-sized spares). so, it passed the inspection and got the oil change. but i still need to get new tires. so.... then i went home, and my low tire pressure light came on and i was like 'how can my tires be low? they just put air in them yesterday'. well, so then my dad and brother figured it out. on my car, when you change a tire you have to sorta set it, which they failed to do at jiffy lube. sooooo, then all good, until now my 'maintenance required' light is on. what does that mean you might ask. well, it means 'change oil'. but of course i JUST got my oil changed. checked the oil level, its fine. so then, tried how my dad said he thinks you reset it. but nooooo, doesn't work. sooooooooo, tried to call the dealer but they're closed. so now i've gotta try calling again tomorrow to find out how to fix the damn thing. ever since that oil change it was just one thing after another. next thursday i have to go and get new tires. luckily my dad's buying me the tires. was supposed to get just 2 new ones tomorrow, but then my dad decided to get 4 new ones so therefore they had to order them and now i have to wait til next week to get the tires. which kinda makes me nervous because basically i'm driving around without a spare. unless you consider a tire with a huge gash in the side of it a spare.

sorry for that long thing. other than that, things are fine. can't wait til thursday night. get to go home again. 5 day weekend!! i'm quite excited about that. not only does it mean 5 full days of no school, but it also means being about to see brandon more often as well as getting a hiking trip in!
