(no subject)
i had the most amazing 2 weeks with brandon being home. it was so nice to be able to call whenever i wanted and be like 'hey, why don't you come over' and then see him in 10 minutes. but... today was our last day hanging out. his flight back is at 7 tomorrow morning. you'd think we'd get used to having to say goodbye, but it just gets harder. luckily though... in 2 & 1/2 weeks training is OVER!!! i absolutely cannot wait!! anyways... had a great new years! i hope the rest of you did too! yesterday was a LOONNGGG day for me. got up at 6, brandon got to my house at 6:45, then we headed up to killington. got there around 9:30, skiied til 2:30 (until we were very tired and brandon was pretty sore). he did pretty well for his first time snowboarding, but we'll have to go more when he gets back! after skiing we got some food and some pain reliever. lol... then headed to the hotel to check in. ate our food since we were starving, took showers since we were kinda sweaty from skiing, then ended up falling asleep for a little bit since we were so exhausted. went to dinner around 5:30 at applebee's. it was funny, the waitress was really annoying but it made us laugh a lot. then went to the store to get some stuff for the night. oh yea... i found this amusing... in rutland (which is where we stayed) first of all the had a GRAND UNION! anndddd... inside the grand union, was a little liquor store. it was the strangest thing to me. went back to the hotel, just laid around cuddling... got my massage :), then watched the ball drop and went to bed shortly after. got up this morning at 9:30, got ready, checked out, went to breakfast, and then came home. hung out at brandon's for a while, i ended up falling asleep for a while, then he cooked me dinner :) and finally he brought me home and left. i had such a great weekend so i'm happy still, but at the same time i'm kinda sad that he's gone. at least i got 2 weeks
