Okay y'all, I am completely, thoroughly, utterly miserable with my story. I'm guessing it is because I took notes and figured out the ending before I started writing word one. I NEVER know how a story will end because of all the twists and turns my characters seem to take and they always lead me in bizarre directions. Well, I HATE my NaNo story ( Read more... )

Thanks Deanna! Yeah, November is pretty jam packed with all sorts of things. The kids have days off, Ed is off work a bunch in November and there's just tons going on. I should be going to church this morning but well, my back hurts from cutting wood for the wood stove on Friday and I just feel miserable. There's no way I could sit on the hard chairs in Sunday school and the pews for preaching. *sigh* We had a road trip write-in yesterday and I didn't go because I didn't think I could sit for the two - four hours of driving. Today should be a quiet day here so I should be able to write. I hope. I NEED to.

Oh, I also decided to go to the NaNo site and check out the plot dares section in the forums. That might help you as well. Gonna also check out various web sites that have word prompts daily to see if maybe that can get some writing out of me.

LOL I can tell ya I probably wouldn't wanna participate in FeNoWriMo because there's even two less days than there is this month! LOL And it is just as bad in March. I guess with my kids the ages they are and with Ed traveling so much with work, digging, and now maybe hunting too it is just super hard to write.

Good luck with your writing. Sending HUGE writing vibes your way and positive thoughts that we'll both catch up today and even end up ahead!!
