English major, cinema studies minor I can't wait to be done. should be soon. there are some amazing lit. classes here, but this semester I got stuck with all the boring ones, I guess :/
hahaha samuel pepys was a minor character in the trilogy i just read--"the baroque cycle" by neal stephenson. his most remarkable attribute as a fictional character was that he had been "cut for the stone"--i.e. had surgery to remove a kidney stone--and for the rest of his life carried the stone around in his pocket and would whip it out and show it off at the slightest provocation.
that's totally what I would do should I have a kidney stone removed. that is neat! I convinced my oral surgeon to give me my wisdom teeth when I had them all removed a few years ago. I keep them in a little box in my room at home
