Just Because

I was playing around with some downloads today (AKA, I went on a downloading spree) and I really wanted to check out how some of the new outfits looked.  Turned out that Club Crymson had a TON more CC than I had originally thought.  Never thought to look at everything in the TSR sets section.

Anyway, I took some pictures of Erin with her future ( Read more... )

I'll probably stick with the "Pre-Made into townies" from here on out as Alexander Goth closed the dimensional borders. Besides, writing for other peoples Sims gives me a heart attack. Probably doesn't help that I chose Rhys to experiment on. So yeah, I've got my eye on more of the Pre-mades from the other 'hoods as I've already used Strangetown, Pleasantview, and Veronaville for someone in my legacy. Though I'll probably keep Natasha Una away from the main line because much like I didn't want to saturate it with dominant hair, I also don't want to do an overload of red either.

And, of course, there's still the Townies. I <3 Benjamin Long, so maybe at some point...we'll have to see what my kids throw me.

As for WoT...yeeeaaahhhh, probably not a good idea to start at book 10. Robert Jordan got very long winded in the middle books, but the person who took over for him (because RJ died) actually has stuff happening, which is good seeing as the series is supposed to end with the next book. ANYWAY, not a bad read. I enjoy them. Then again, I also started with the first book, lol.

The ship name: There *is* no other way to combine their names. "Eruck" sounds like what my dog does after he's eaten enough of God knows what outside.

I completely understand about writing for other people's sims. I have one of De's extremely spare spares (Maxie Doran, spawn of De's Doran spare story, and not currently in her normal story at all) coming in for one of my characters eventually, and I am terrified.

Used book sales unfortunately don't always contain the first part of a series... and so my overall impression remains summed up by one word: complicated.

Hah. All dogs sound the same after they've eaten something they shouldn't have...
