Some Play Time
I had the opportunity, over the last couple of days, to sit down and play out an age rotation on my families. As I had played Generation Five out to Kids before my last couple of updates, this means they are all teenagers now. I took enough "Running Wild" pictures for at least an update; I just have to take some plotty pictures with Zane and special newspaper pictures in my dummy 'hood. Then, I will be ready for another update AS WELL AS the supplemental chapter with Karen, Frances, and Malcolm on their world tour.
Because I can't help myself, I took pictures of the girls to show off. I am inordinately pleased with how they turned out and I take back my horror that I posted a while back when they were first born. I am so looking forward to seeing what their future babies will look like :)
First, we have Jill Broke. If you will recall my interlude, she is Angela and Dustin Broke's baby. While she won't be a main character, she is on the Generation 5 Managed Groups Phone List, so she's in a lot of background pictures and hangs out with the Legacy Kids. She didn't actually get played; she just got aged by cheats to keep up with the others. She HEAVILY favors Angela facially, but with Dustin's dark blue eyes.

Next up is Laurana, Ashley and Aviendha's child. I really liked her original pigtails, but you couldn't really see her face and that bothered me. I wanted to give her glasses as a child, but they kept glitching to where you could see through her head. That was incredibly irritating and I only recently found out how to fix that (as Karen's hair kept doing the same thing). She is the perfect blend of her parents: her nose isn't as pointed as Aviendha's (though it's still the same shape) and she has Ashley's chin. I love how she looks :)

Rose Devereaux, Amelia and Miles' child, comes next on the rotation. Rose's eyes is proof positive that my SimSelf isn't a Face 1 character. Of course, the perpetually surprised look is alright for my SimSelf, as I have the glasses to hide them (I wanted to have my eyes visible beind said glasses). Unfortunately, they got passed down to my grandbaby. She was the one I was most scared of because she inherited A LOT of Hunter/Sebastian/Miles' jawline and cheeks, and she looked rather skeletal when she was a toddler. Thankfully she grew into the face when she teened up, and the harsh features of that template softened on the female sim. She turned out to be very exotic looking, and once again, I am very pleased.

LTW: Space Pirate <3 Work Related LTW!
Karen Worthington Landgraab, Tina and Goopy's lust child, was the sim I played with the most, as I sent her (along with her two fathers) on their world tour. They spent, for the most part, a full week at all three vacation destinations. Unfortunately, Karen wasn't able to get all the world traveler icons, as kids couldn't do a whole lot. So, it looks like she'll be going to all three places again so I can fill it up.
I can't decide who she looks more like: Tina or Goopy. Funny enough, she looks a whole lot more like Malcolm's child than anything else. Tina and Malcolm must have the same nose template.

LTW: Rock God. I'm really loving the LTW variety hack, as she was in no way, shape, or form going to have a Date LTW fulfilled.
ETA: I just wanted to show this picture. I'll probably put it in my paintings folder for Frances to paint as a family portrait. I'm loving the Worthington-Landgraab Family more day by day.
And finally, my heiress Eden. I looked at her genetics in SimPE, and I found out that she wasn't going to pass on Goopy's nose or jaw, which was a relief. When I rolled her up with her future spouse, it was in a separate neighborhood where both of their genetics are dominant and the CAS babies looks horrible, Goopy's genetics reigning supreme. It looks like that won't be the case in my real neighborhood. And, my God, Goopy's features look GREAT on girls, don't they? I'm so proud.

LTW: Celebrity Chef. That was almost a shame, as I was willing to fulfill the Loves/WooHoo wants for her. ALMOST a shame...
A group posed picture of the girls looking awesome. There is one more kid in Generation Five, Zachary Goth (Lucy and Alexander's kid), but he's still a toddler because I need to reshoot a scene with him in it. Besides, I don't know how involved he would be, so I'm letting it slide. Needless to say, Alexander's "Goopy Face" stomped all over Lucy's genes anyway.
Well, that's it for now. Update pending on how difficult making the newspaper articles will be, as I opted to do them in PhotoShop (real PhotoShop, not MS Paint), so it's taking me a bit to learn that. I am pleased with how everything is turning out on that end as well. *squee*
