#10 I like this moment between them. I like how Erin growing up in a family where love wasn't verbally expressed hasn't made her incapable of saying it herself.

#11 I love the potty training reference. So genuine to anyone who's ever potty trained a child :) This is just a really nice human conversation between husband and wife. I like the mundanity of it. and I KNEW she was talking about an electric blanket lol

#12 wow, life with Mary must have sucked hardcore. She's the mother in law from hell. Not just for someone with Rhy's personality but for the kids as well. I love Quinn making a drink with apple juice. Such a kid thing to do. I thought green olive juice was what martinis were made of :)

#14 Oh I love this piece. Such a wonderful revisit with the Devereauxs come and gone (oh Joshua lol). You really humanize Mary and I love being reminded that while she frustrated and scarred her daughter and drove her son in law to distraction, she'd been a girl once, loved by her parents and brother and disappointed by life and love. And that all her seeming insanity really was her way of showing love and trying to give her family the best. It was heartbreaking for her to realize her grandchild had died so young and her empathy for Eden and Rhys... I wish they could have seen this side of her *sob*

10. But she has never said it to Puck until now. She just didn't realize it. Fortunately, unlike her father, she doesn't get all bent out of shape about the word.

11. Oh man, the potty training thing is totally ripped off of RL. My twin nieces are almost potty trained except for their issues with pants. At Christmas they were wearing pretty little dresses with no undies underneath (which was okay seeing as my sister is the one who hosted Christmas).

12. Mary was rather brittle towards the end. And, oh man, if only martinis were only olive juice. Gin is disgusting!

14. That is exactly how I wanted to show Mary. It is a shame that nobody alive will see this side of Mary though. However...well, I'm not saying anything more /spoilers
