Anatomic Sadness
So I got a promotion. It's koo..but I always wonder how people can go on day to day working jobs that dont make them happy. I mean its like we settle for whatever. I mean yeah you have passion for what you do--but theres always something in the back of your head you WISH you were doing. My job is fine and great and dandy and all and I love the kids--but there comes a point where you sit back and look at it from the outside wondering--WTF am I doing here??? Man I know yall have had that moment. Why has middle AMERICA settled for this? Think of all the blue collar jobs out there--bus drivers, janitors, shoe sales men; I always wonder how they can go on day to day.?? Dont they wanna go to school and make a real career for themselves??
I guess my breaking point is this...so my car breaks down and the tow truck driver tells me he makes $786 a week. WTF am I doing wrong?? I went to school for 4 years and a tow truck driver with no teeth makes more than I do. Sign me up for truck driving school, please.
