New Hollywood meets Old Hollywood
I've been thinking about this for a while and I thought that maybe I should share my feelings. We have all noticed a rise in actors and actresses taking a leap into the music industry and vice versa. Miley Cyrus, Scarlett Johanson, Hilary Duff etc. What I realized is that it is not a new trend at all. If you are a fan of older movies (a la TMC) then you probably know that back in the day it was almost expected for young stars to be able to act, sing and dance. So, as we see the dawn of a new era of young hollywood, don't be alarmed at the amount of actor/singers there are out there. Though I will say that some are definitely a little out of there league.
