Sad day
Last night, Dolce and I watched the last two episodes of the 10th and last season of Stargate SG-1. Sad to see it end. It's been "our show" for the last few years. *sigh* Oh well, there is still another season of Stargate Atlantis we haven't seen, and then there is Battlestar Gallactica. Got any other suggestions of things to watch to make us geeks happy?
I got an extra night off last night, which was especially nice because I was fighting with a migraine. Today, Dolce and I had fun going out for a Vietnamese lunch and to a Chinese grocery store--not because we wanted to buy anything in particular, but just for fun. Of course, we found some interesting things: roast pork filled steamed buns, candied kumquats, kim chee, butterfly cookies, wrappers so we can make goi cuon (http://www.recipezaar.com/20445) at home.
