One Semester Down...

Whew! It's been so long since I last posted on this. Before and after the fall semester of my sophomore year. :P Well, I guess there wasn't much time to blog in between.

I'm so glad to be done with school (for a little while) and finals, but I feel a little empty being away from Berkeley and everything that's there. Well, I will be going back a week early to do J-term with my peers and my apartment will be 3/4 full, so that's something to look forward to. For now, I think I'll enjoy the extra hours of sleep (which I'm willfully not getting right now), reuniting with the wrestlers, and the comfort of being home.

I just hope I don't get too comfortable here and lose sight of what's important. It's easy--not really, but definitely easier--to live out a life centered on God at school where I'm surrounded by fellow believers who keep me encouraged and accountable, but I'm not so sure how I'll manage without that at home. Prayer. Good thing I know that God's always watching over me, whether I'm failing or not.

Goals for Winter Break:
1) Catch up on DT and Old Testament reading
2) Be a source of God's love to my family and friends
