grey's 4x01
So due to a number of factors -- namely, 1) being sick 2) working all the time and 3) sleeping like the dead -- I didn't actually get a chance to finish watching the season premiere of Grey's Anatomy until THIS AFTERNOON. You guys, how sad is that? And when I did watch it, my DVR decided it would be really funny to stop the recording RIGHT AT THE EXACT POINT WHERE Meredith's voiceover has just gotten to the ambiguous "Sometimes...." place and Izzie is answering the door and George is there and they are looking at each other and George is opening his mouth to say something and it is the thing I have been waiting for ALL EPISODE and then, boom. Recording done.
So, uh, I just went and watched the end on youtube (what did we do before youtube? We lived like SAVAGES). OMG YOU GUYS GEORGE AND IZZIE I LOVE THEM MORE THAN CAKE. pirateygoodness linked to this sneak peak for next week, too, which is so cute I want to die. I loooooooove them. I love them when they were angsty and sad and dirtywrong and hurty, and I love them now with Izzie finally so fucking HAPPY for once, omg.

Um, other remarks on the episode: it was Grey's. I love my Grey's. Lexie is adorable and reminds me a lot of a less damaged Meredith; I like Alex's weird facial hair; Bailey is still awesome; Meredith and Cristina went on honeymoon together; Sandra Oh is the master actress of minimalism; I do not know how long it will take to get used to the interns not being interns anymore; Mark is really gay for Derek. I miss Addison, especially since I haven't brought myself to watch Private Practice yet, because it looks too boring.
