The school district is closed. BUT THE UNIVERSITY?! HELL NO. 2 hour delay, plz! And I live in the part of town that got hit harder than other places. I don't think I'm going to bother. Yeah, I totally feel your pain in that regard right now.
And it does sound like avoidance. If the guy is going to start treating you like this, I hate to say it, but he's not worth your time and effort. You need a guy who won't do that sort of thing to you. You deserve better than that.
