She's a crazy Finnish lady who wrote a whole series of children's books about creatures called "Moomins."
Most people think I'm a hobbit, but I'm definatly a moomin.
Go buy "Finn Family Moomintroll" and read it. You'll like it!

Of course the "Moog" part is half based on Bob Moog's Analogue synthesiser but it's also based on the little guy in this film
