The Weekend

Well, as many people have already mentioned, this weekend was full of action and drama and interesting times...Going to put in my two cents but think I'll go the way of the bullet points for easier reading for you, dear readers.

Friday I:

• Met up with nullmoniker and meganinmadison to caravan out to the Party With No Name with Hubby.
• Arrived at rosita28's house to already find raging_journey, graydancer, kitty_torment and some other peeps I either don't know or who don't have LJs there, introduced Hubby
• Finally changed into costume with meganinmadison.  Had graydancer tie up my baby lion cub stuffed animals to complete my Lion Tamer look.  In turn, gave graydancer some CBT tie practice.  Who knew stuffed lion cubs' backsides have the same setup as a crotch?
• Marveled at lqqkout's ability to navigate a car and not get totally freaking lost.
• Finally got to introduce Hubby to lqqkout, who before had only been known as "the guy who suspends me and then I tell you about it and get a dreamy look in my eye and sigh all huge and loud and stuff."  Apparently the ice was broken wonderfully because I wasn't there to introduce them myself. graydancer: Hey J, do you know Aaron?...Sure you do, you tie up his wife!"  Genius.  I couldn't have asked for a better intro.  =O)
• Finally got to hang out with nyxx_j who looked HOT as FUEGO and had some fun with my girl.  Nice bite marks!
• Watched awesome BDSM 101 demo with graydancer and raging_journey, who did such an amazing job and looked so hot I wanted to much on her toasty lil' buns.  ;O)
• Sassed graydancer during the demo with my superb wit and probably set myself up for some retaliation next time we do anything ropey. ;O)
• Enjoyed super-sweet costumed jinxedkisses and rockyhorror42's tale of getting pulled over by the popo.  Funny!
• Watched jinxedkisses breathe fire which was totally freaking awesome and I am definitely excited to see more of this action! Also coveted her wig...which I think I'll need to place an order for from her!
• Watched nullmoniker flog Hubby and then teach him to flog, which he did really well!  Then watched both Hubby and nullmoniker go at raging_journey.  He got the thumbs up from her as well!
• Got suspended by lqqkout, which was lovely and faboo as always, and actually completed said suspension without falling over, hitting my head on anything, or doing anything else stupid like I usually do in my normal spazoid manner.  Discovered being suspended to Snoop Dogg and TuPac is totally crunk.  ;O)
• Watched a hothothothothot scene between nullmoniker and meganinmadison.  Hubby finally got to see what I mean when I say sometimes I find myself wanting to throw myself at whoever is "hurting" her.  Kept reminding ourselves "she likes it!  she likes it!"  All was well.  =O)
• Went home in happy bliss.

Saturday I:

• Slept most of the day away as I was not feeling the greatest.
• Went over to meganinmadison's house to get ready for the Peach Pies show at the King Club.
• Got to the show and immediately realized what a clusterfuck it was going to be--did best to keep drama to a minumum but with the situation being what it was...kind of tough at times.  Fun bands and good show despite the timeframe issues, though. 
  
• Apologized to graydancer for being so bratty on Friday.  But not for being funny. 
  
• Proved my awesome ability to solve puzzles and situations involving black coats.  =O)
• Tried to figure out who everyone was that kept saying hi to me while in costume.  Thanks to those of you who came, including nullmoniker, a_petite_blonde, toasteraviator, and all_roped_up!
  
• Skipped afterbar because I still felt poo.  Had to walk home with meganinmadison because of how busy cabs were.  Tried to flag down a cab like we did last year, but no luck.

Sunday I:

• Woke up meganinmadison with Sofia's breakfast Hubby went and got.
• Went to sleep immediately after breakfast.
• Woke up later and joined meganinmadison for some documentary watching, which was depressing but interesting, like most good documentaries.
• Enjoyed the comic stylings of "America's Most Smartest Model"
• Watched some fun shows about Halloween attractions, including some pretty sweet prison haunted houses, haunted hayrides, etc.  Apparently PA is the place to be if you want to enjoy that kind of stuff.
• Ate some very yummy bread, mac n' chee & broccoli, and pizza from Roman Candle.
• Watched latest episode of Dexter, which included a super super hot scene that I'm not going to go over because it would be too confusing if you've never seen the series.  But oh, man.  I'd been waiting for it since I saw it in the previews last week.  =O)
• Ate some ice cream.
• Went to bed relatively early for me!

All in all a pretty good weekend.  Sad it was the last show with meganinmadison...I'm going to miss her so much but I know she's doing the right thing.  On a totally selfish level, though, I don't want her to go.  =O(

Hoping this week is relatively stress free...we'll see if that happens.  Off to Chicago Friday night for a weekend with my sister and my parents visiting from Minneapolis.  Should be fun!  Lots of good food and comedy shows.  And, of course, shopping.  Always shopping.
