Another question along the same lines, "since the sexual nature of homosexuality is sterile, how will gays survive in a global collapse and a return to local communities where big government social safety nets do not exist (medicare, social security and all associated medical support institutions for the elderly) and people return to more traditional models of children eventually supporting the parents in old age. How will that works when gay couples produce no children themselves?"

Well when I can't support my old useless self I plan on leaching off my friends or eating the end of a shotgun.

You do not need to be gay to be left to die in you own piss when you get old. My dad's neighbor's offspring have left him to his barely mobile self. He calls my dad to come over and help him sometimes and he says it reaks of the piss. Apparently his kids can't be bothered.

Will people of various ethnicities be genuinely welcomed in such communities, or will they encounter prejudice behind politically correct rhetoric? >>

Take a wild guess. And remember that race hatred works both ways - even if you don't hear about it from the mass media. Things are going to get ugly.
