Birthday spankings and other fun
arecee has been out of town for several days on a business trip. Missing her. Was going to go to a party tonight, but instead I'll go pick her up in person at the airport!
So, no play for a whole week! Seems like a long time, though I've been keeping busy and getting out to be social. Of course, I haven't updated my journal in the last month.... during which time we've played at home many times and hosted a couple small parties, including my birthday spankings :-)
I'd like to belatedly thank everyone who came over and spanked me so hard... Sariel, Bamboonoir, Hotpockets, Alebeard & Emma, the Purple Goddess & Gerd, and Wicked Toni. Gerd can spank so amazingly hard with his hands... much more so than anyone else I've known. Ar gave me all the spanking 3 times, twice to proxy for friends who couldn't make it that night. Her style is a little different than most others, as she'll spank faster, getting me worked up into a frenzy, even without any one swat being so incredibly hard or painful. In terms of pain, Toni & Ale definitely did me in... using the rubber paddles on my thighs! Haven't felt that dizzy in quite some time. Whew, amazing!
A week or two earlier, Cleo was over for a small party and topped me, using quite a number of toys I never really saw. I was struggling quite a lot, and the oh-so-helpful Sariel came over to hold me down, usually laying across my back. Others played too, which I was very glad to see. We're still working on how to make a small party work in our new space, and it was fun to see it come together so well.
The new space is also working out really well during the week, I'm so very happy to report. Seems like we almost never used to play during the week. Ar's not into doing a lot of setup and moving stuff around. Having the space already clean and some play furniture set up really opens up a lot of possibilities. Several times we played shortly after Ar got home from work. At least 2-3 times she whipped me with her single tails - something we could never really do before without moving the sofa around to make room. Also flogging, caning, spanking. We don't play for very long on any weeknight, maybe 20-30 minutes, but it sure is nice.
For the last half year, maybe even a year, it seems like we've pretty much settled into a routine of sensation/pain play. Just the night before Ar left, she decided to do a little power/dominance play. It's been so long, and it's amazing how wonderful even a little felt. I think maybe we've lost some of that connection lately, but it comes back pretty quickly. Anyway, she made me wear the ball gag and kneel on all 4s while she put her legs up on my back, using me as a foot stool (I really should left weights or something... it's amazing how my arms and shoulders ache after a while, not being used to it anymore). Then she decided to put the puppy mitts on my hands and play "fetch". She'd toss a rubber ball down the hall, making me chase after it on hands and knees, and of course bring it back to her in my mouth. Again, nothing extreme, maybe a dozen or two times.
Still, it really feels good getting some of that connection back. There's something so very special we both feel when we're enjoying our dominant and submissive roles, a closeness and connection that feels so warm and safe and yet intense. Thinking about her now, about submission, writing this, makes me miss her so much more. But at least she'll be back soon. Did I mention how much I'm missing her?
