Yeah, although word was they'd open up again once this issue hit the shelves. We'll have to wait and see if that happens.

Oh, it was submitted a looooooooong time ago. A loooooooooooong time. One of the reasons they have closed submissions is that they have so many stories in inventory that they have yet to publish.
