Oh BOY HOWDY! It is almost Halloween.
Work yesterday at the JCC was kind of rough. I was in the poopy baby room with a bunch of hyper two-year-olds, Hell-bent on driving me to a nervous breakdown. I told one of the other teachers I needed a drink (I was referring to water because I was thirsty), and she replies in haggard tones, "Yeah, that's the understatement of the year." HA!
My hillrod/farmer's daughter costume isn't as bad as I thought it would be. At least it's comfy.
Corr, I'm hungry! I mustn't heed the call of the vending machine. NO! No, I tell you. Maybe if I go over to Grandma's house in Elmwood Park she'll feed me some spaghetti and meatballs. Aaahhh, that sounds nice.
