Is it possible that, due to the lack of praise your parent's neglect to give you (their wonderful daughte), you tend to feel as though you need to try and be better.. for everyone else? Which ONLY results in you forgetting about the most important person in all of this: yourself ( ... )

Oh, curse LiveJournal to the fiery depths of HELL.

I had a nice response typed up and IE decided to fuck up and give me a "page cannot be displayed" bullshit lie.

Arg. I'll try to sum up what I said in one paragraph for you (and my sanity).
It takes two to make a relationship work. You are putting fourth effort, but your parents are ignorant. All we can do is pray that one day they will see the light and try to correct the wrong they have bestowed upon you. Until that day, ignore the bitches, lol.

You DO NOT deserve their negativity. You deserve their support and praise!
