I work at a call center. I've actually never had to call a call center before I started working at one. It's funny. I like it. "So... are you guys in the red?... Yeah I work at a call center too."
You see, at my job, if a customer is really pleased with the service, they sometimes request to speak with a supervisor to compliment you. That's called a compliment call. Every three compliment calls you have, you get two free movie tickets. I did that for someone at my phone company today. I feel like it's really important to participate in random acts of kindness. Which brings me to my next topic:
