Straight up, this post is for Jojo's Bizarre Adventure fans on my flist. If you don't know what it is, ignore this or you'll be utterly confused and ruin it for yourselves. Go read or watch it first!

Guys, you have to listen to this podcast. Dave and Joel of Fast Karate just put out an episode about Part 3 and it brings some serious hurricane force laughs! It's basically an hour and five minutes of awesomeness. BE WARNED THOUGH, they haven't read the manga or seen the prequel eps, just the the 80's OVAs so you'll want to correct 80-85% of what they say if you're really picky about things. They also contradict themselves a lot, but just go with it, it's totally worth your time, I promise!
For more accurate, if slightly less funny reviews, check out Anime World Order's episodes that have Jojo in them. They've done Parts 1-5 I think.
