New job
ok so heres the story in a nutshell... I have been trying to get another job on this Project called Cricket... its for wireless cell phones... I have a lot of friends up there and I feel comfortable with the people running this project and if I am going to go anywhere in this type of business even if I have to deal with it for another year to save up money to get a house.. then it would be with these people... so I have been trying for about 3 months... jeff walks up to me and said he got a email offering his division that project... and he got the job within 20 minutes of reading that email.... so I get pissed... not at him but at the fact that it was offered to everyone else... I bitch to my sup. and the assistant project manager comes over and we have a meeting and I get what I want... thats not a nice way to say it but what the fuck I dont care... I got a better job more money and jeff did too just to add icing to the cake... Im tickled about this already then I walk in my first day today and whose the trainer?? oh none other than my buddy from apple!!! These next two-three weeks are going to be a FREAKING VACATION at work... work 7-3:30 have the evening off and the weekends off TOO... I stood my ground and it worked... I grew balls for 5 minutes enough to say make me happy or else! So what did they do ladies and gentalmen??? they kissed my ***!!!!!!!!!!!
