Um. I cleaned up some of the petals off the deck-I don't think I got all of them, but there were other people working on it, so... Is there anything we should do with them? It'd be a shame just to get rid of them... but I don't really know anything about flower arrangement or anything, so they'd be kind of useless. They'll probably go bad in a week ( Read more... )

...Oh! I never even thought of that. ...but they're all blue, so I wonder if they're dyed or something...

That is true... Perhaps you can try to see if they were dyed by soaking some in water. The color would rub off if that were the case.

Still, I'd worry about some dye staying in. I don't want anyone to get sick on it...

Hmmm. What other useful things can you do with it... Are the petals fragrant?

Um... sort of? I suppose they could work for a potpourri, but I've never really been sure how to make those.

Hum! If the petals are dried very well, they may make nice air fresheners for the ship? Although of course you'll have to keep it out of the way of the captain.

Ah... haha. Yes, I think I will. I guess if people just keep them in their rooms there won't be any problems with it.
