Off my bi-polar medication, now I can actually function as a human. Doctors suck, they really like to jump you into medication that you may or may not need. Being depressed is so far from being bi-polar, its not even funny. When someone places you on a med that changes the function of your brain, you start to believe you might be crazy as a mother fucker. Now, I'm not saying I don't have issues, but who doesn't? Everyone has issues, everyone gets depressed and sometimes you need medication to balance you out for a limited time, maybe you need it the rest of your life, its all good. But, in a case where someone is misdiagnosed and given the wrong shit, it makes you wonder how many people out there are under the wrong meds that are causing more damage then good. It kind of makes you sick. Depression is a hard thing to get over, but if you can beat it, you won't believe the feeling you have when you wake up without the meds. I have more energy and I can function under stress again. No more, leave me alone type of thinking.
