The weekend
I had a really good weekend this week... My cousin Amy came and stayed with me. It was nice to get to hang out with her. On Saturday we went and got our cartilage pierced at this tattoo place. It didn't even hurt at all. I thought it would hurt worse with a needle then with a gun but it was so quick and it barely hurt afterward... just a little sting. I keep forgetting that it's there and I hit it a lot... Then Saturday night we went and saw my sister and brother-in-law (Julie and Justin) in a play, Elephant Man, here on campus. My brother had the lead and he did such a good job. Kelly had Kristen, Ashley, and her cousin Laura come up so we had like a big sleepover in our dorm room. It was really nice to see everyone :). Well I think the homesick part of college is finally setting in with me. I think it has a lot to do with Brett's mom dying and I can't really be there for him right now. But Thanksgiving is soon and I'm really excited to go home. I'll get to see a lot of my family and all my friends will be home from college. However I'm really excited for this weekend because I get to go see two of my best friends on Friday! I'm going up to Central to see Julie and Danielle!!! I'm so excited... I miss them!!
