(no subject)
my parents are awesome and came up this sunday to take all my stuff home so i wouldnt have to carry it all on teh train on thursday, since they wouldnt be able to pick me up because of work. So, they lugged home 2 suitcases (1 full of shoes haha) and my comforter to be washed, plus clothing on hangers. i took home most of my clothing since im going to israel over break and basically need clothing for both warm and cold weatther.
they also brought me a bag full of chanukkah presents. how awesome. i opened some with them and left 3 to open every night that was left of chanukkah. so far i got:
-Friends Season 5 DVD
-SATC season 1 dvd
-breakfast at tiffanys dvd
-my big fat greek wedding dvd
-bend it like beckham dvd
-legally blonde 2 dvd (which i might return for garden state)
oh, how my mom knows me well.
-3 sterling silver bangle bracelets from my moms trip to india
-very beautiful silk tops from india, which i probably wont ever wear but are gorgeous nonetheless
-3 books: angels and demons, shopohilic and sister, and the five people you meet in heaven (by the same author as tuesdays with morrie)
one more night of wrapped presents left. there are 2 boxes there. im pretty sure the little box is more jewelry from india and i have NO idea what the other box is. wow, will power, not opening it now.
ok, off to the gym to weed out all my frustration from the hours of studying and my permanent move to the library in the past few days.
