I just saw that Microsoft has put forth a hostile bid to acquire Yahoo - ACK! What's next, the world????

OMG, if they try to merge MSN Groups with Yahoogroups.... EEEEKKKK! This whole thing just scares me...

Hm. I thought Yahoo was having some problems. I know their stock price was down, and they had layoffs. I wonder if that's contributing to Microsoft's move for them?

Thanks!!! I hope to find something entertaining to do, though I've got to work from 3-10 pm Monday (still tomorrow here for a few minutes more!). With my luck, I'll get called in to help out sooner (I prepare tax returns, so it's a seasonal job and 'tis the season!). I hope to play with my dog and maybe have lunch at my favorite Japanese restaurant! *hugs*

Got out on the walking trail with Bella today - it was a warm 74 degrees (F)! But nix on the restaurant - I got a call to go to work early. So I'm tossing down a piece of Red Velvet cake roll with cream cheese frosting on the inside - that'll have to do for now!
