частота экрана в ноутбуке

Купил ноут Packard Bell, видюха nvidia geforce 8400m.

Не могу поменять частоту экрана. Стоит фиксированная 60гц без возможности выбора. Менял много драйверов, установил ХП вместо висты, ниче не помогло. Возможно ли, что железо не поддерживает больше, или это программный глюк?
