what happened yesterday
I just wanted to post to say a little bit about what happened yesterday. I don't want to go into a lot of detail. I got assaulted on the train riding home from Philly. I am physically okay, mentally/emotionally/spiritually kind of back and forth between "reasonably ok" and "freaking out". It was more of an "inappropriate touching" situation than an "inappropriate physical injury" situation. It was a bunch of teenage girls all egging each other on, so it's triggering all my shit from being assaulted by teenage girls when I was a teenage [girl?]...except that now I'm theoretically an adult, and these were total strangers so it's not like I even did anything to bother them except exist.
In other exciting news, I was supposed to go do my passport application today, but apparently when I moved I put my identity docs in an "extra-safe special place", which has not revealed itself to me in a sufficiently timely manner.
