Today I'm set to get things done. I started the week productively by getting my taxes done yesterday. I will now work on devising a letter to send to the Italian Consolate in Detroit to request a certificate of dual citizenship. I am going to be recognized in the EU and hopefully get my ticket out to Italy for the summer.
Maybe some English teaching program for kids would suit me well. I must research this and apply to things now!
I am considering applying to Orchard Lane, but feel I may be spreading myself thin and working so much. I started at the Coop. It's nice to use knifes and sharpen them. Working in the kitchen gives me the opportunity to see how their yummy food gets made so that I could learn and make it for myself. I should give it (orchard lane) a shot though, as their is always money to be made. I have to save lots if I want to make an overseas trip happen.
