Update on justice for Percy
We are now allowed to put up more information about the person who was convicted of Percy's abuse:

In addition to the 9 month suspended sentence (not enough), the 12 months custodial order (not enough), he also got a £900 fine (not enough). The second trial will be held on the 24th of October and we will see what kind of penalty the second abuser gets.
This is a fluid story - in the next few weeks we will be contacting the press about this, which the RSPCA encourages. The police are also supporting us as much as they can and I think that they will have a photo shoot with Percy, although one of the officers wants to remain under cover.
