Breakfast:
cinnamon oatmeal
snapple kiwi strawberry

Lunch:
greek omelet (with feta cheese, olives, tomatoes and sausage)
2 pieces of wheat toast (one with butter one with raspberry rhubarb)
coffee

Snack:
ice cream sunday (vanilla ice cream, banana, chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, walnuts and caramel sauce)
Green Tea

Dinner:
Crunchy Peanut butter sandwich
