Open question: zucchini recipes?

I bought about three pounds of zucchini at the farmers' market today, since it was cheap and looked really good, and now I'm not entirely sure what I'm going to do with all of it. I'm thinking some sort of gazpacho-like raw soup, perhaps, though I have a lousy blender and would be limited to chopping/squishing for the preparation thereof, and certainly some zucchini bread, but do any of you fabulous people have something particularly tasty to recommend, preferably in which zucchini is the main ingredient (and ideally, but not necessarily, makes an OK dinner/meal as opposed to a tasty treat or side dish)?
