Sorry, though, didn't mean for my opinion to piss you off.
I just don't believe that love will save the day. And yeah what I meant was ROMANTIC love. I don't need a man to make it. I don't need a boyfriend, lover, husband, friend with benefits, life partner... Whatever you want to call it I don't need it. I do need the love of my family and friends, because there all I've got in this world.
Sorry, but when I listen to music, and they're talking about love, I generally take it to mean "romantic" love. Specifically I read that as Des'ree telling us that our man will make it better. And screw that. I can save my own day; I don't need anyone else to do it for me. Sure its nice if someone happens to be there BUT I don't need them to be. Because if there not I am just fine.
Even if I had no one, no friends or family, I could still survive. Its wonderful to be loved and its even more wonderful to love. But I know I could make it, even if all I had was myself. That's all I meant.

Here's an interpretation for when it's on the ascendant: The sign of Capricorn denotes an existence in which temperament is very important.
