My month of April, as interpreted by Mary MacLean at
The 12th House. Looking at it partially in retrospect, and I concur.
FYI-- You're right, my sign is Libra and not Scorpio, but Scorpio is on the cusp of my first house, thus this is how my houses align in my chart. (Sorry if that confuses those who are not an astrology geek like moi, hehe.)
My, my, my, Scorpio, this is a special month for you. It will be exciting. This is an Eclipse month, so I expect changes for you by the end of the month. I don't want to get ahead of myself. I want to look at the last Full Moon at 5 degrees of Libra. I notice that this Full Moon lands in your solar 12th house of behind-the-scenes activities, preparation, and the past. Let's not forget Jupiter has been here for a time and will continue to transit your 12th house for another 6 months. Natally, Jupiter in the 12th house is a Savior of sorts, bringing in last minute help for any endeavor that overwhelms you. So, by transit, I am sure that this can also be the case. Jupiter itself opens doors that were previously closed and expands your consciousness. O.K. let's go back to the Full Moon in Libra. This Full Moon in your 12th house brings some important issues to the forefront of your life. Something comes out and even though you have consciously known about this, you managed to camouflage it to resemble part of the background so as not to deal with it. Well, time's up. Time for a good look, whether you like it or not.
On April 8th, 2005, there will be a New Moon Eclipse in your solar 6th house of everyday work and/or health. This is important as it takes the Saturn transit to completion in July, and the turning point to the Eclipse is in July. Funny how that always works out. Since this has to do with something you need to deal with face-to-face, I imagine it is either something you have been working on that comes to completion or facing a fear that is staring at you from work. This also could be a health matter and you will know if you need medical advice. All Eclipses have a certain amount of immediacy connected to them and this one will not be any different. This New Moon Eclipse is at 19 Aries and squares transiting Saturn in your 9th solar house of philosophy, legal matters, and long distance. This is going to bring in whatever you have been trying to establish in the last 2 ½ years. You are pushing the envelope for the next three months and moving into a new Saturn cycle through Leo, your solar 10th house of career. Education, foreign affairs, and philosophy are in the process of stabilizing and becoming permanent.
Mercury goes direct and resumes its transit through your solar 6th house and news seems to be more available to you now. Situations seem to move better since you have a sense of what's ahead.
As we approach the Full Moon Eclipse on April 24th, 2005 at 4 degrees of Scorpio in your solar 1st house of personality and presentation, this is where the changes will appear and take form. The 1st solar house is all about you, and how you appear to the outside world. I am sure that you will have made some changes in appearance and personality. There is a change in your personal world that allows you to make some decisions that involve some kind of movement. So, as I see it, Scorpio, you will be entering May embarking on a personal journey that you have been trying to accomplish for some time. The influence of this Eclipse wanes after July to prepare you for the next eclipse in October. You will have plenty of time to incorporate all your personal finishing touches and revel in your new life.
As you know my interest in Eclipses goes way back. The way they point the way has always fascinated me. I wanted to share this with you so you could see how they work in your life. This month is pretty much dictated by the New Moon Eclipse and the Full Moon Eclipse. Additionally, this Eclipse completes the Saturn journey through Cancer. The current transit has been one of movement and accomplishment. You will soon be entering the transit of Saturn in Leo. This transit will validate your decisions or challenge them to see if they will hold up for the future. We all have some planets in fixed sign somewhere in our charts, and these are the areas that you will be challenged by in the coming 2 ½ years. The fixed signs are Taurus, Leo, Scorpio and Aquarius.
