I did that, and also I searched for Eva songs in iTunes and listened to the clips. Some of the results were hilarious. My favorite titles are "Eva's Couch," "Eva's Arrest," "Dance Eva Dance," and "Eva (Says You Write the Mail)." But mostly the songs entitled "Eva" were just music without lyrics. My sister's were better; she got songs like, "Nikki Pay Your Bills," and another one about some guy masturbating about her.
Eva by Orgy
you know i've started to grow since you've been away.
lately it's scarier not knowing,
what's become of you
are you proud of me now? I can't tell
i'm not as fearless as you.
still i pretend that you're still standing by,
to show me wrong from right,
never got a chance to say good bye.
take this gift from me,
hold it deep in mind forever,
and never let this go.
i used to think you were crazy,
when you were hooked to the screen.
but now they tell me that you're in a better place
but where did you go?
and i swear sometimes you're watching over me
still i'd give the world for the chance
just to see your face again.
now, now there's nothing left but time,
know that i'm following you.
eva's always on my mind and it makes me wonder.
what happened to you?
you know it makes me wonder.
and never let this go away.
never let this go.
Eva by Dan Bern
The sermon in the church on Hollywood boulevard
Is on Adam and the fall of man
Now I know exactly what they mean
I feel a lot like Adam myself these days
Falling to the ground in a '68 ford
Falling from grace in the eyes of the lord
Now I think if I had to live outside the garden of paradise
It might as well be spent looking in your eyes
The lies might as well be your lies
The thighs might as well be your thighs
It might as well be with Eva
It might as well be with you, Eva
I wander the streets
And I wonder if there's something I should do
To prepare for the life that comes maybe
I should I fall to my knees and try to repent
For the gifts that came and went
I'm falling to the ground in a devil disguise
Falling from grace in the angel's eyes
Now I think if I had to live as one of god's fallen ones
It might as well be spent lying in the sun
With your lips telling me I'm the one
Your fingers shooting me like a gun
It might as well be with Eva
It might as well be with Eva
Eva's such a lucky girl
She don't have a care in the world
She sets fire to the third other pet (?)
Leaves the righteous shaking their head
I won't be attending the church this Sunday
On Adam and the fall of man
I think I could deliver that message as good as any preacher in Hollywood
I'm falling to the crowd in a fiery hole
Falling with the rest of my immortal soul
Now I think if I've got to spend eternity outside Eden's gate
It might as well be worth the wait
Of you're the one buttering the bread on my plate
And a hell and back, a roller skate
It might as well be with Eva
It might as well be with Eva
It might as well be with Eva

Eva Braun by Boomtown Rats
I never loved Eva Braun (oh no?)
No, a thousand people say I did (oh yeah?)
Yeah, she was just some girl who was on the make (Yes, we see)
Boy she wanted to be so big.
And in the end it got to be a drag,
She's doing her exercises every day
No matter what people say,
I never loved Eva Braun
I never heard all the screams (oh no?)
I never saw the blood and dirt and gore (oh yeah?)
That wasn't part of the dream, (yes, we see)
Of maps and generals and uniforms.
I'd always like the big parade,
I always wanted to be adored,
In '33 I knew I had it made,
I never loved....
Eva Braun wasn't history,
She wasn't even part of my destiny
She never really fitted in the scheme of things
She was a triumph of my will
Oh yeah!
I saw the blondies and the blue eyes, (oh yeah?)
I saw the millions mouthing me, (oh yeah?)
But underneath I was really gentle, (oh yeah?)
D'ja ever see me touch a scrap of meat?
O yeah I conquered all those countries
They were weak an' I was strong
A little too ambitious maybe,
But I never loved Eva Braun
Gee!
